The trainer was very experienced
People at Knowledge Train set realistic expectations, have very clear objectives for their courses and work with you to achieve those objectives. You can feel that they are invested in creating a didactic atmosphere that is both relaxing and academically strong. Success in obtaining the certification is just a natural outcome. I would be saying the same even if I had not obtained my PRINCE2 Practitioner certification.

Course details
This 5 day training course includes everything you need to gain the PRINCE2 Foundation and Practitioner qualifications. These qualifications are widely regarded as essential for managing projects using PRINCE2. The course enables you to gain your Registered PRINCE2 Practitioner status which lasts for 5 years.
Our courses are designed and taught to give you the greatest chance of passing your exams. This is reflected in our PRINCE2 Practitioner exam pass rates of 83% (10% above the average) and our PRINCE2 Foundation pass rate of 99% (2% above the average).
We also like to save you time. Our exclusive online pre-course study materials have pinpointed the most essential aspects of the PRINCE2 syllabus. This is a big advantage for you because you can prepare for the course in just 3-4 hours, instead of the 16+ hours required by many other training providers.
Knowledge Train is based in Dubai and London and is a PRINCE2 Accredited Training Organisation, which means you can be confident that our course conforms to the highest standards of project management training.
Why this qualification?
The PRINCE2 Foundation and Practitioner qualification is ideal if you are taking on more project work or are moving into a project management role. If you work as part of a project team and are just looking to learn an overview of PRINCE2, then the standalone Foundation course should be more suited to you.
The training is delivered by an approved PRINCE2 trainer. The course is designed to give you a thorough understanding of PRINCE2 and to show you how to apply the method to different project scenarios. By the end of the course you should have learned enough to be able to apply PRINCE2 to simple projects.
Don’t worry if you haven’t any prior knowledge or experience of either PRINCE2 or project management, experience is not necessary for this course.
On this course you will learn about the PRINCE2 approach to projects – its principles, themes, processes, and techniques – and how to apply PRINCE2 to simple projects. You will also be well prepared to pass both the Foundation and Practitioner exams during the course.
Who is this for?
Our delegates come from a range of different backgrounds with varied motives behind taking up a PRINCE2 course. Industries have included finance, healthcare, 3rd sector, IT/software, media, entertainment, engineering, and local and central government; from organizations ranging from 1 to over 100,000 employees.
If your career goals differ from the ones listed please feel free to discuss your goals with our specialist advisors on +971 (0)4-253-5062. They can advise you on choosing a course which best suits your career.
I currently work on projects and want to learn new skills to bring back to work
This is the most common goal among our PRINCE2 Foundation and Practitioner students. Some of you may not call yourselves project managers in a formal sense, but if you are taking on more project-based work or moving into a project manager role then this course is suitable for you. Not only will you become PRINCE2 certified, but you will also learn a methodical approach which you can bring back and apply on your projects.
I am unemployed and want the qualification to put on my CV
Even if you are an experienced project manager and perhaps have been made redundant or are in between contracts, this course is suitable for you. Some previous students have told us that they were rejected from jobs because they didn’t have the PRINCE2 qualification on their CV. If you are unemployed or in between contracts you will appreciate the wide recognition which PRINCE2 has obtained, and your new PRINCE2 certification can act as a stepping stone to help you back into employment.
I want to change career and work in project management
One of the great things about attending a PRINCE2 course is that you don’t need any experience before attending. We have trained beginners who are from unrelated backgrounds such as consultancy, military, merchandising and even nursing; all of which may or may not have included elements of project work. If you are motivated towards a successful career transition you can be confident that PRINCE2 is one of the hottest certifications around.
I want to organize PRINCE2 Foundation & Practitioner training for my colleagues
If your organization wants to train its staff in the world’s most popular project management methodology, then we can help. We’ve been delivering in-house PRINCE2 training for over 10 years. Our knowledgeable and dedicated trainers can help your staff get quickly up to speed with PRINCE2 and help them gain professional PRINCE2 Foundation & Practitioner certification as well.
